    Little black dress or black cocktail pants? I used to wear pants a lot but now I'm definitely drawn to dresses and skirts. But... when I saw these beauties, high waisted black pants paired with sheer and rich chiffon blouses... well, what can I say? I'm captivated. What do you think, darlings?
