Each lovespoon has been hand carved from a single piece of Radal (Patagonia native tree) hardwood, combining ancient Celtic designs and symbols of love and affection.
Lovespoons may be given as a love token, as a mark of affection, or merely as a sign of friendship.
Centuries ago, Welshmen courted their women-folk by carving a lovespoon. This tradition of carving lovespoons has been followed by our artisans from Gaiman, the Welsh town in Patagonia.
